A free-spirit and down to earth kind of girl who has an entrepreneur mindset with an added bonus, she's gorgeous.

We had initially seen her artwork as the make up artist for Hmoodle's past September girl next door feature HouaChee Yang and finally, a twist on the other side of the spectrum as being a model instead of being behind the scenes.

So, let us start with the lights, camera and action!

Our new girl next door for the month of November is Ceng Yang and here's what she has to say about herself throughout our one-to-one query.

Hmoodle:   I'm here with Hmoodle's November Girl Next Door, Ceng Yang. You picked an absolute gorgeous day. Were you nervous the weather might not cooperate?

Ceng:   I was a little bit nervous because the past couple of days had been wet and cold but, today was an unpredictable day. The day turned out to be warm and sunny, so I'm glad it worked out.

Hmoodle:   When we first met, you were doing the make up for our September Girl Next Door HouaChee Yang. How long have you been doing that?

Ceng:   I am a self taught makeup artist and have been doing makeup for over a year now.

Hmoodle:   I know you did a great job with HouaChee and you've done quite a bit with other models. Is this something you enjoy doing?

Ceng:   I love working with people and making ladies glamorous and sexy. It's something that let's me get away from my stress and just do what I love doing.

Hmoodle:   Not only are you a make up artist, but you are also a Katie B. Sales Rep. How is that going for you?

Ceng:   Being a Katie B Sales Rep. was something that I thought of doing on the side to bring in a little bit of extra income. So far sales have been slow because Katie B is a new cosmetic product and not too many people are familiar with it. So what I am trying to do is promote it through my makeup work, up coming magazines and websites.

Hmoodle:   During the photo shoot you wore an outfit you designed yourself. How long did that take you? Will we be seeing more creations out of you in the future?

Ceng:   I made a Hmong outfit, which it didn't take long just a week and a half. If you're really committed on doing something, anything can be achieved. Since I was 10 years old I have been learning to sew and finally when I turned 15 years I started sewing my own outfits but stopped sewing because of school and family. I do plan to create some more outfits and maybe one day getting them onto the runway.

Hmoodle:   You mentioned that you have so many interests, but so little time to pursue them. What are some of your other interests?

Ceng:   I want to do so many things but as you know everything cost money. So right now it can only remain a goal waiting to be pursued and accomplished. My other interest is to be a clothing designer, singer and/or photographer.

Hmoodle:   Usually you've been doing the make up for the models, but this time you were on the other side of the lens. Were you able to enjoy yourself?

Ceng:   I had a lot of fun. I try to do a little bit of both from makeup artist to being a model. Being a makeup artist is where my main focus is though.

Hmoodle:   Have you had any previous modeling experience? If so, when and where?

Ceng:   I don't have any professional modeling experience because maybe it's just something I want to do to have fun and let other people know who I am and what I do. It's like a way of promoting me.

Hmoodle:   In your bio, you mentioned that you want to find yourself a career versus just having a job. So, what would be your ideal career and why?

Ceng:   Yes! As of right now I plan to go back to school to further my studies in Office Management-Medical Specialization or something similar in that field and get a career that'll get me somewhere. Because I find that not having a career and experience is really hard to find a good job now a days.

Hmoodle:   (Ceng I am going to cut it here, because I am sure I am going to have responses to your questions. Plus, the questions may not stay in the order they are in) Thank you Ceng for participating in Hmoodle's Girl Next Door. Do you have anything else to say to our readers?

Ceng:   Take one step at a time but live life to the fullest and never regret anything that you do because you only live once to enjoy it. So enjoy every moment of it. Lastly, I also want to say that if anyone is interested in Katie B Cosmetics or having your makeup done please contact me or one of the sales rep. near your area.

Thanks Hmoodle for having me be your Ms. November and I hope everyone has a Happy New Year this year.

I was a little precarious on the outlook during this autumn day photo-shoot; however, it seems like a calling from the weather gods that gave us sun, sun and more sun that directed a beautiful day for a perfect shoot.

Thanks again Ceng Yang for your participation with Hmoodle and being a part of our girl next door feature, much appreciated!
