With the arrival of Fall comes the cold weather, but our newest Hmoodle Girl Gloria Yang sure can heat things up. She's beautiful, sexy, and smart. All great qualities. I have to say that my favorite is of hers is that she's a book worm like myself---I think I'm in love.

She's a recent high school graduate attending college and appears to be on the path of being a Veterinarian. A love for animals, most importantly her Lhasa-Poo, she's definitely going to be a great vet. Now I know where I can bring my cat for checkups.

Gloria is often mistaken for a big time party girl, but her goals in life take priority over the club scene. Not only does she strive to succeed, she also strive's to be an original and it seems that she's definitely got that going for her. I recently met up with Gloria just before Halloween and had a fun chat with her.

Hmoodle:   I'm here with Gloria Yang, our newest Hmoodle Girl. Let me be the first to congratulate you on being selected as a Hmoodle Girl.

Gloria:    Aww thank you so much! I'm very pleased to be a Hmoodle Girl.

Hmoodle:    Is this your first time participating in a photo shoot like this before?

Gloria:    No, it's not my first photo shoot but it has been my first in a while!

Hmoodle:    Were you able to enjoy yourself?

Gloria:    Yes, very much! Although there were numerous times that I found myself repeating the same poses! I need to stop that !

Hmoodle:    Now one of my favorite holidays is in few days, which is Halloween. I have yet to figure out a costume, but I may have an idea or two. You have any plans to dress up this year?

Gloria:    Yes, definitely ! I actually have two costumes; Poison Ivy and a Vikings foot ball player.

Hmoodle:    What made you select those?

Gloria:    I selected Poison Ivy because something about her always attracted my attention. Lustful yet very poisonous . Her looks definitely can kill. As for the Vikings foot ball player costume, I chose it because I find it fun dressing up in sporty attire. It's messy in a tom boyish way, yet still very sexy.

Hmoodle:    You mentioned to me that you are a book nerd. What types of books are you into?

Gloria:    Definitely NOT twilight! But I am a huge V.C. Andrews fan. She's by far my favorite author of all times. Her novels are more of the dark, drama type of stories dealing with family secrets. I also enjoy reading Young Adult fictions on adolescents and growing up. Other books I enjoy reading are non-fiction cases such at Mary Bell, a second grade serial killer, true crimes, and of course romance.

Hmoodle:    I myself am a huge book worm, so if you could recommend one book to myself or to anyone, which book would that be and why?

Gloria:    I'd say, Olivia by V.C. Andrews. The reason as to why I picked this book is because it reveals so much from within. It speaks of wanting what you can't have and of what money can't buy. Sure, money comes with a lot of power, but having so much of it will not guarantee happiness. It also brings out the topic of continously getting hurt and constant questioning as to why life is the way it is. The main character in the book grew up envying her younger sister, who got got everything she wanted. Whereas for Olivia; she had higher expectations and never got what she wanted. This books deals with a lot of sibling rivalry, hatred, envy, and love.

Hmoodle:    So, if we can't find you at the library, where can we find you?

Gloria:    You can definitely find me at home, or you can find me cruising down on University looking for something to eat or at the flea market in the foreign movie sections. Sometimes you can find me at club events. Rarely though, since I stopped going regularly months and months ago.

Hmoodle:    Now I know you are in school and you are still deciding on your major. You said you may be close to a decision though.

Gloria:    I have finally come to the conclusion (I hope) to major in Veterinarian.

Hmoodle:    And why do you want to go that route?

Gloria:    The reason as to why I've chosen to go to that route is because I've always had my love and fascination for animals. Throughout all of my life I grew up raising hamsters and alongside my close cousins raising and training dogs. My sister constantly tells me that I have the magic touch when it comes to animals. One story that we always laugh about is of when I always took naps with my dwarf hamster, Benny, when I was a child. It was quite odd because he would literally rest against my arm and sleep with me! I know, It's strange. However, after he passed away I was hesitant to get a new pet until many, many years later. The day after my birthday last year, I stumbled up on the pet store at the Har Mar Mall, which is a place I need to stay away from. I fell in love with my Lhasa-poo, Muffin, whom was only 2 months old than. She was so tiny and fragile and would tremble like crazy since she was so scared of everyone, but for some reason when she was placed in my arms, she immediately fell asleep in comfort!

Hmoodle:    Thats awesome. Very sweet moment. Earlier before our interview you mentioned that you strive for originality. How do you go about that?

Gloria:    I've often been told that once someone really gets to know me I'm quite different from how I'm often perceived as from the outside. Most people look at me and immediately assume that I'm a stuck up who's in love with herself. I'm no where near that! I'm actually more of a laid back person, soft spoken, and very understanding. A bit too kind though . Back than, during my years of growing up; I was very anti-social and a loner. I didn't have many friends. I had glasses and split hair and wore ripped jeans with black studded bracelets. I was indeed an odd child. Not very much approachable, yet I was very polite and held my values close to my heart. I kept my values even when I went through series of changes. You can say that I grew up not knowing how it's like in the doll world but after making my shares of mistakes and from observing others. I'm glad I didn't lose myself in the materialistic world that we place on ourselves.

Hmoodle:    Well Gloria, I want to thank you for being apart of Hmoodle. Do you have any last words for our readers?

Gloria:    All I want to say is that to all of those who see no purposes in themselves or for those who don't have any values in themselves, and even for those that feel like giving up. It's okay to be lost before you are found, because you're bound to make mistakes more than once. Always remember who you are, and don't ever forget that. Everyone's exceptional in their own way, you just have to find a sole meaning with in and not focus too much on what's on the outside.

Obviously you can tell, Gloria is a very well spoken person with a lot of great things to say. There's definitely alot to her. I look forward to seeing more of Gloria and see how she does as she persues her goals in life, as well as career goals. I don't think anyone can stop her.

I want to once again congratulate Gloria and thank her for being apart of Hmoodle. We apprecaite it. I should also add that I saw pictures of her Halloween costume as a Viking and she definitely put sexy into football. The Cowboy Cheerleaders have nothing on her.
