I was recently contacted and was asked if I would like the opportunity to work with Import Model Jenny Chu. That's like someone coming up to you on the street and asking you if you'd like $500 and not having to do anything for it---of course you're going to say yes.

Jenny Chu is one of the premiere Import Models on the scene. She's a native of Los Angeles, California and of Vietnamese and Chinese decent. She can be seen in magazines and at car shows all over the world. Even if you aren't car lover, there's a chance you've seen her in a music video like Chingy's "Dem Jeans", or on Spike TV's "Manswers". Her popularity seems to be gaining as the world is gaining more appreciation for Jenny Chu.

It's an awkward moment when you know you're going to meet a model of Jenny's stature. So when the time came to finally meeting her, I wasn't disappointed. She was a sweet as she is good looking. Not only can you appreciate her for her beauty, but I can tell you she's down to earth and very easy going. A great package all around!

Prior to the interview with Jenny, I asked our Hmoodle readers to send in questions they would like to ask her. I have to say, our readers pulled through with some great questions. Jenny was a great sport and answered them all!

Ryan:   With all the traveling you do, how do you find time to spend with your friends and family?

Jenny:   I admit, I do travel a lot. However, when I travel, I'm usually gone Friday through Sunday, and or, Thursday through Sunday. I have a day job from 9-5, so once a week after work, I'll go see my family and the rest of the days I'm at home chilling with my roommates and my friends.

Ryan:   You list your skills as being: Fashion, Swimwear, Runway, Glamour, Go-go, Trade Shows, & Film. Which do you prefer doing, or have the most fun doing?

Jenny:   I love go-go dancing. I took dance classes when I was young and most people don't understand my passion for dancing and the amount of hard work and dedication it takes. Sometimes promoters will ask me to host an event, but then sometimes I get bored just sitting around, so I'd rather be dancing instead.

Ryan:   What are your musical preferences?

Jenny:   I like to listen to all sorts of music except Country. When I'm dancing, I like Hip Hop. When I'm driving, I listen to BPM on Sirius satellite and when I'm chilling at home I listen to rock.

Ryan:   Through all your travels, I'm sure you've met some interesting people. What has been the lamest pick up line or move a guy has used on you?

Jenny:   My favorite one of all time is:

Guy: Did you fart?
Girl: No, why?
Guy: Because you blew me away!!

Jenny:   hahahah - I love it!

Ryan:   So how does a guy get your attention?

Jenny:   I really like shy guys, so I prefer to go up to them instead. I love guys who like to joke around a lot and who aren't so egotistical/and or really into themselves. I like a guy that's very down to earth.

Ryan:   Are you hopeless romantic?

Jenny:   I'm such a hopeless romantic - I love watching chick-flick movies such as Twilight and dreaming that one day I will pair up with that someone who is always there to save me when I'm in need. Robert Pattinson is sooo hot!

Ryan:   Have you always been able to find support with your career choices?

Jenny:   I think finding support from your family is the hardest because no Mom or Dad wants to see pictures of their daughter half-naked roaming around the internet. Sometimes it just takes a little more time to re-assure them that I'm NOT a porn star (laughs), but other than that, my friends and my fans definitely support me.

Ryan:   Being an import model, we have to ask, what is your favorite car and or your dream car?

Jenny:   My favorite car at the moment is a Skyline GTR, which is also my dream car. I've debated so many times whether or not I should trade in my car and get it, but then I think that I should buy a house first! (laughs)

Ryan:   After your stop here in Minnesota, what are your plans for the rest of the summer.

Jenny:   This summer is a busy summer for me! After MN, I'll be traveling to Chicago, Bay Area, San Diego and then the HIN Tailgate show starts and that stops in Ohio, Texas, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee and the list goes on!!

What a fun interview that was. Note to self, next time ask her if she likes bald white guys. Oh well, next time! Hmoodle had a great time hanging out with Jenny as she performed at ChozenOne Productions' Explosive Independence at Myth Night Club in Maplewood, Minnesota. Getting to see her perform on stage was definitely a pleasure.
