This month's Hmoodle Girl is Kim Yang. She can be best described as cutie with a great sense of humor. She's a natural at making you laugh and putting a smile on your face. A perfect addition to Hmoodle.com.
I have to apologize to Kim, as I was not able to make it to her photo shoot. I take great pride in being there for those shoots, but scheduling conflicts made it impossible. Even though I wasn't there, I heard there was never a dull moment as she made sure to have fun with our photographer. Kim is currently attending Century College and from there, hopes to go to the University of Minnesota to gain her nursing degree. As much as likes to make people laugh, she likes to help people even more---a true heart of gold. I had a chance to ask Kim some questions, so that you, our readers, can get more familiar with her. This is out the outcome of the interview. Hmoodle: I'm here with Kim Yang, Hmoodle's most recent Girl Next Door. Kim, thanks for being apart of Hmoodle. Kim: Awww, thanks for having me. It's been a real pleasure to work with you guys. Hmoodle: I wasn't able to attend the photo shoot, but how did things go? Did you have a good time? Kim: Things went great! I had a great time with Jabb. Time just flew by cause we had so much fun. Hmoodle: First, let's start by giving our readers a little bit of background about you. Where are you from? Where'd you grow up? Kim: I'm from Roseville, but I grew up in Oakdale. Hmoodle: You are a recent high school graduate. Which high school did you graduate from? Kim: I graduated from Roseville High School. Home of the Raiders baby!! Hmoodle: I've been told that you are attending Century College. How has the adjustment from high school to college been? Kim: Yeah, college is really different from high school, but I'm having a great time. I get to pick what time I have class at, which is a nice change. Hmoodle: After Century, you would like to attend the University of Minnesota and gain your nursing degree. What makes you want to be a nurse? Kim: I've always wanted to be a nurse. I love helping people and it makes me feel good. Hmoodle: Have you always wanted to be a nurse? Kim: I wanted to be a nurse since I was a little girl. My mind have never changed on that. Hmoodle: I hear you have a great sense of humor, is that what you've been told by friends and family? Kim: Hmoodle: When you're not at school or studying, what do you do to keep busy/have fun? Kim: When I have time I love listening to music such as rap and R & B. I'm usually working out and toning my body doing aerobics, tae-bo or a cardio work-out. What can I say? I'm a thick chick with mad curves. I'm excited for next season's flag football, so I have to get back into shape. Hmoodle: What flag football team do you play for? What position(s) do you play? Kim: I just joined the team SHOWTIME last summer. I play right defensive end. Hmoodle: The Saint Paul New Year just recently occurred. Did you attend and why do you think its important for people to attend this event? Kim: No, I couldn't attend because I had to work. I would have gone cause Far*east Movement was there! Oh my goodness, they are hot!! But, yeah, I encourage people to go to the New Year because it gives them a chance to know about our culture and be social. Hmoodle: I know you have winter break coming up, any plans? Kim: Well this winter break I'll be working a lot, but I really want to make a big snow fort or igloo. Its silly, but I never had a chance to last year. Besides that, I just want to spend time with the friends and family. Hmoodle: I want to thank you once again for being apart of Hmoodle.com. We appreciate it. Is there anything else you want to say to our readers? Kim: Aww, thanks again for having me. It was a great experience. I wanted to share this quote with everyone. I think everyone should take it into consideration. "The greatest thing in the world is not so much where we are, but in what direction we are moving." by Oliver Wendell Holmes. Not only is she funny and sweet, she's very intelligent—a great combination in a woman. I wan to thank Kim Yang once again for being apart of Hmoodle.com. We appreciate the time she took out of her schedule to cooperate with us.
