Over the past year since Hmoodle launched, we've been able to select some pretty wonderful girls with great personalities, beautiful looks, and a drive to succeed. Tanya Her, our selection for the Hmoodle Girl for the month of July isn't any different.

Since making her way to Minnesota from Fresno, California five years ago, Tanya has become a savvy business woman with POLA Products. Not only is she savvy business woman, but she's a very sweet girl with looks that kill. I don't even wear make up, but I'm tempted to buy some of her products.

So when I asked to do this interview with her, you could say that I was pretty please to be apart of it. Tanya was never short on words, which always makes the interview nice. It was a fun conversation and an even better time.

Ryan:   Well Congrats Tanya on being selected as our Hmoodle Girl for the Month of July.

Tanya:   Thank you Ryan and to Hmoodle for this opportunity to share myself and my business with Hmoodle and its readers. I am very excited about POLA and I hope everyone out there will be as excited about our products as well.

Ryan:   Before we get started, why don't you give our readers some background information about yourself?

Tanya:   Well, I am 22 years of age. I've been living here in Minnesota for 5years now. I lived in Fresno, CA most of my life. I pretty much enjoy anything from all sports, to fashion, exploring different cultures, business, and more. All my life I've worked with a variety of people aging from kids to the older generations, so I am very familiar with relationship building, which involves interacting with people, which I love. This is one of the main reasons why I like to do business and I get to meet great and wonderful people and make friends.

Ryan:   I hear you’re a very passionate about working for POLA. Can you tell our readers more about it?

Tanya:   Well, POLA is a direct cosmetic sales business from Japan and a consulting based career. POLA was founded in 1929, so they have been around for quite a while now and is close to their 100 year anniversary. They are a world wide distributor. Their sites are located in Taiwan, China, USA, Australia, Europe, South America and etc. Many people may not be aware of know what POLA is, but it’s a great make up line that you won’t find in stores. POLA is also known for their green environmental awareness. POLA Fukuroi Plant (ISO9000,ISO14000 certified) located in Shizuoka, Japan was awarded for promoting the community with green environmental awareness. POLA skin care follows a four step skin care to create radiant-looking and regimen skin. POLA's products consists of signature lines, skin care, special care, make-up, body care, hair care, men's care and health foods. Mainly our products are made commonly for Asian skin types, but almost all skin types work well. POLA, products are formulated to nurture and enrich the complexion and are all allergy tested with research on different skin types of women before actually being marketed.

Ryan:   Are you enjoying it so far?

Tanya:   Yes, I do enjoy working with POLA very much. I actually first started to use the products then gradually got into the business of consulting after the results I saw. I have great up line and marketing support and they are all very wonderful partners to work with. I get to enjoy much traveling with my grand directors, but overall, great experiences with the products and everyone within POLA.

Ryan:   What are your goals for for POLA?

Tanya:   My persisting goal this year with POLA is to become a Grand Director within the end of this year. That is still an ongoing goal, but I have much faith in succeeding through with it. And not to mention the international trip to Paris, France that will come along with, it will be a great success to start the New Year (2010) with an exciting trip. One of my other goals is to promote more awareness of the effects of our skin care products to the younger generations. Many of the women I consult are mainly women who already have very bad complexion and are usually in their 40's or older. One of the common reasons that I have come to know is that many people don’t usually take care of themselves until they start to see problems Even then they don’t do anything about it until it has gotten worse. Then, it’s usually harder to help bring back the younger years of your skin. So I really want to change this view, even before I started to use POLA or any other products I did not think it was a wise choice. For the fact that we feel our beauty will last much longer if we do not use anything and even if most do find a great product, many don’t have great results. So we have to fine the best products the will generate better result and not only cover up our problems, but help minimize it as much as possible. When you have better complexion make-up will become a touch up to enhance your beauty. POLA's philosophy is, beautify from within. The ingredients promote wellness underneath the structures of your dermis, your blood vessels, muscles, and will show your natural beautiful skin on the outside.

Ryan:   Summer is upon us and we all have our favorite activities. What are you are looking forward to doing the most?

Tanya:   Definitely to start off the summer with lots of fireworks. Nothing better than the big boom, right? And definitely the big Hmong July 4th tournament will be fun as well. I am also looking forward to see some old friends visiting in town from California, which some are actually going to participate in the games. So yes, I will be looking forward to cheering them on. There’s also a concert that I am looking forward to as well.

Ryan:   You spoke a bit about the July 4th Celebration that is coming up. Do you still get excited about it?

Tanya:   I don't usually get overly excited, but I guess this year is an exception. For, this year I will get to enjoy with many of my friends from out of state and the many friends I have made here so far.

Ryan:   Do you have lots of family coming into town?

Tanya:   Not too much family that I know of, but mainly long time friends that I look forward to spending time with. It’s been many years since I've actually seen them.

Ryan:   Has your outlook towards the J4th Celebration changed since you were a kid?

Tanya:   Yes, very much because when I younger we didn't have much of a celebration with 4th of July except some street fireworks and in California we didn't have the big Hmong tournament as Minnesotans do here, but since moving here to my outlook has changed since I get to attend the event.

Ryan:   So when you aren't working hard with POLA, what do you do in your spare time?

Tanya:   In my spare time I try to get active with different sports and activities with friends and family. I try to enjoy the weather when I can. It doesn’t matter whether it’s sunny or snowy. I try to take pictures of the great outdoors, just for fun. And on the side I try to also involve my self in other different business with my friends/business associates. Right now I am persisting in Life Insurance Producer with Prestige also and I really hoping to succeed in all that I work for.

Ryan:   Well Ta, thank you for being our Hmoodle Girl for the Month of July. I hope you are able to enjoy the summer.

Tanya:   Your very welcome Ryan, and thank you again for this opportunity to share my life and business with Hmoodle and everyone one of Hmoodle's fans and those who brows here. I wish Hmoodle very much success in everything and I know you guys will do well in the many years to come. Hope to see you guys around even more.

Ryan:   Is there anything else you'd like to tell our readers?

Tanya:   POLA is a company with a long history in developing award-winning high quality skincare lines. It has been in the business since 1929 with a successful business structure, so if anyone would like more information which can include brochures and or free samples of the product then don't hesitate to contact me by email hawj_ll@hotmail.com or call 651-436-5181
